These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Nulqesa platform, including all content, features, and services available at nulqesa.com. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

By creating an account, accessing any part of the platform, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms of Use, and agree to comply with them in full. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
Nulqesa provides an online learning platform focused on investment evaluation, offering interactive quizzes, test assignments, gamified learning modules, and instant feedback tools. The platform is intended for educational purposes and is designed to support self-directed remote learning.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated at all times.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@nulqesa.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we determine that you have violated these terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users, third parties, or the platform.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes. You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written permission
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar mechanisms to access or extract content

All content available on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, quizzes, assessments, course materials, software, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Nulqesa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights in the platform or its content.
5.2 Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform and its content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer any rights to the platform or its content.
5.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit any content to the platform, including responses, comments, or feedback, you grant Nulqesa a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the operation and improvement of the platform. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
6.1 Fees
Certain features of the platform may require payment of fees. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.
6.2 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy. To request a refund, please contact us at contact@nulqesa.com within the applicable refund window specified at the time of purchase.
6.3 Changes to Pricing
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect active subscription periods already paid for.
7. Trial Access
We may offer trial access to certain features of the platform at no charge for a limited period. At the end of the trial period, continued access may require a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offerings at any time without notice.
8. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Nulqesa in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nulqesa and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice on the platform. 14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
15. Governing Terms
These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and Nulqesa with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
